the BelconCard™
Cardholders may make deposits to their BelconCard™ account in
a variety of ways:
- Employer Direct Deposits – Many large employers
will contract to make electronic deposits of payroll. This
is good for the employee and reduces the costs of payroll
for employers. There is no fee to the cardholder.
- MoneyGram – MoneyGram provides value loading to
Belcon Intl Group of Master card accounts at over 22,000 U.S.
agents. These are typically major grocery chains that
provide payroll check cashing services and sell money
orders. They will continue to cash payroll checks but allow
BelconCard™ cardholders to deposit cash to their card
accounts. MoneyGram assumes all risks and deposits only cash
daily to the Belcon Intl Group, Inc. accounts at our
sponsoring bank.
- Government Benefits – Any level of government may
make direct deposits to the BelconCard™ account. The
cardholder just gives his card account number to his benefit
payer.
- Insurance Benefits – Insurance companies can make
one-time or regular deposits to BelconCard™ accounts.
- Non-profit Organizations – Non-profit
organizations may contract with West Coast Bank as
BelconCard™ Agents. They can perform basic services within
their group or community to cash payroll checks or work with
employers and then make deposits to BelconCard™ accounts.
- Other Bank Accounts – Some BelconCard™
cardholders have other family with bank accounts. West Coast
Bank allows BelconCard™ cardholders to make transfers from
one bank account to another over the Internet, by telephone
and mail.
