   How do I get cash at ATM’s?
   Insert your card into the ATM and enter your 4-digit Access Code.
  Choose “Checking” when prompted and follow the instructions.

   How do I make Purchases at Retail Locations?
   Swipe your World Class Card in the machine, select “debit”, and enter your 4-digit
  Access Code. Follow the instructions.

   How do I place phone calls or call Customer Service?
   Dial the toll-free number found on the back of your card.

Place a Phone Call – Press 1. Enter your 16-digit Card 
Number when asked for  your Access Code. Then follow the instructions.

       Customer Service – Press 0 for a live operator.

      Access Account – Press 3 and use the automated telephone
                system.  You will be asked for your 16-digit Card Number and
                your 4-digit Access Code.  Check account balance, transaction
                history, or transfer funds to another card etc.

   How do I access my account via the Internet?  
   Go to our secure website, Type in your 16-digit Card Account Number and your access code.   
   Then Select LOGIN. You may check your balance, transaction history, transfer funds, or
   update card information.

   Where can my World Class Card be used?
   You can use the World Class Card to get cash at over 650,000 ATMs in the U.S. and you can
   make purchases anywhere in the world that displays the MasterCard logo. You can even use
   it to pay bills over the phone or the Internet.

   Will I need another form of identification when I use the card?
   When you are withdrawing cash or making a purchase using a terminal, you will need to enter  
   your Personal Identification number. You may be asked to show identification when making   
   other purchases, just as you might if you were using a credit card.

   How can I add more money to the card?
   You can add value to the card by:

• Load money in cash for $5.95 at any of thousands of MoneyGram locations nationwide.
• Wire or transfer money from a bank account.
• Using the Internet, transfer money from your bank account or another World Class Card.
• Receive direct deposits of payroll or of benefit checks from your employer, insurance provider or governmental agency.  

   How do I know my money is safe?
   Money in our banks are insured by FDIC.

   Can someone else load money onto my card without my permission?
   Yes. All they need is your complete card number to deposit funds onto your card.

   Could someone else take money from my card without my permission?
   No. Only a person that has both your card number and your Personal Identification Number   
   (PIN) can access your card.

   How can I find out how much money is left on the card?
   You can check your balance at any ATM machine, over the phone through a toll-free   
   number, or at our secure Internet site.

   Can I pay bills over the phone? The Internet?
   Most companies and governments offer the ability to pay bills or other charges over the
