How can my company use World Class Cards to reduce the cost of processing payroll?
By issuing World Class Cards to all employees, you have created a way to make all your employees able to receive direct deposit of payroll. Certain qualified companies may have their own Company branded World Class Cards. Before every payday, money is transferred from your corporate account to a designated World Class Card depository bank. Funds are then automatically loaded onto each employee's card. No more paper checks, no more dual system of payment, no stop payment orders if an employee loses his check. If an employee no longer works for you, he just takes the card with him for any final payments due him.

Will all of my employees be able to get a World Class Card?
All of your employees can be issued a card since there is no credit check required.

Could World Class Cards be ordered with both company and employee names on them?
Yes, payroll World Class Cards may be ordered with company or employee names on them, but typically the Generic Payroll World Class Card has no company or employee name on it.

What will it cost my company to buy and issue World Class Cards to our employees?
World Class Cards can be purchased in bulk from Smart Planet Services, Inc. You are charged an initial setup fee and an annual fee per card. After that, you are charged only for each loading of funds ($0.95) from your account to each employee's card. The employee is responsible for paying all transaction fees after the initial value loading.

What will it cost my employees to use World Class Card?
Employees pay modest transaction fees to withdraw money from an ATM, transfer money to another card or checking account. And of course, the World Class Card is much safer than carrying cash.

Can we use the card as an employee expense card?
The World Class Card can be used just like a company credit or debit card to pay for employee business expenses. Unlike a credit card, the employee cannot get himself or the company into credit trouble. And unlike a debit card, the employee can never spend more than a set amount.

How can we use the World Class Card for promoting our company or our products?
World Class Cards can be used just like gift certificates or promotional coupons. The cards can be printed with your company logo or other promotional graphics for qualified companies. After the cards are issued, you can even use them to reward loyal users by adding more value to the card when they continue to purchase your products. Your customers will enjoy using them as they do affinity credit cards if you reward them with additional funds or donations to their favorite charity.

Could World Class Cards be the vehicle for the company to transfer retirement, insurance or disability payments to its employees?
Funds can be transferred automatically to a World Class Card, just as funds are automatically transferred to traditional checking accounts.
