Can someone make a purchase without my permission with my World Class
MasterCard?
If your
World Class Card MasterCard is lost or stolen, an unauthorized person can
make purchases with your card. Call our toll-free number immediately if
you think your card was lost or stolen. The value of any purchases made
with the card before you report its loss or theft cannot be refunded.
How do I report a lost or stolen card?
Call our toll-free number. You can find this number in the original
package that contained your World Class Card. Your account number will be
cancelled immediately once you have reported the loss or theft, so be sure
to report as soon as you notice that the card is gone. You will not be
able to use that World Class Card again. A new card will be sent to you
right away.
How soon can I get a replacement card if mine is lost or stolen?
We can send you a replacement card regular mail, express mail or overnight
delivery. You are responsible for the costs of card replacement and
delivery.
Who pays for the delivery cost if I have to get a new card?
You pay for the delivery cost for a new card.
If I lose my World Class Card, is my loss limited?
We will cancel your card as soon as you tell us that your card is missing.
You will have no risk of loss after that time. The value of any purchases
made with the card before you report its loss or theft cannot be
refunded. No one can withdraw money from an ATM machine without using
your Personal Identification (PIN) number.
How much can I spend from the card at one time?
You can spend as much money as you have on the card.
How much value I can load onto the card?
You can load a limited amount onto your card at MoneyGram locations, or an
authorized loader for a fee. You can load a limited amount onto your card by transfer
from a personal bank account, business bank (like from your employer),
government agency, or another World Class Card.
Is there a daily maximum withdrawal limit from an ATM?
Withdrawal limits vary by location and ATM network. The limits usually
range from $400 to $800 a day. You can withdraw from your World Class Card
only what that ATM will allow.
Is there a daily maximum withdrawal limit from a bank?
You can withdraw as much money as you have on your card when you go to a
bank.
How soon can I
change the PIN number on my card from the one originally assigned to me?
You can change the PIN immediately, at no cost. Just call our toll-free
number and follow the recorded instructions. Your new PIN will be in
effect immediately.
How often do I have to renew my World Class Card?
Your card expires in one year from the time it is issued.
How much does the World Class Card cost to use?
You pay a monthly fee and/or a small fee for each transaction – loading,
cash withdrawal, payments

Will my World Class Card expire if I don’t use it often?
For security reasons, if you do not use your card for 90 days, it will be
put into an “inactive” status. There is a minimum fee for non-usage.
Can my retirement payment and other benefits payment be transferred to
the World Class Card?
Yes. Your company’s retirement manager can transfer your retirement
payments or other benefits directly onto your World Class Card.
Can my World Class Card be used to receive government benefits?
Your card can also receive payments from the government, or payroll from
your employer just like direct deposit into a bank account.
How can I transfer money to another World Class Card?
It’s easy! You can transfer the money by phone or over the Internet.
What are the fees?
There is no fee for Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions. You’ll pay a small fee for each card transaction, such as loading
money to your card, withdrawing cash, and making payments/transfers. To
